Rafting and Canyoning
Both will allow you to experience a dynamic activity that is not devoid of great emotions. The first will take you on a rubber dinghy, to navigate on waterways with different characteristics, governed by a paddle. You will face tumultuous rapids and placid rivers, all immersed in breathtaking landscapes. The second activity will allow you to explore gorges and ravines carved by streams over millennia, here you can walk, climb, abseil and swim. Canyoning is an activity that can be very adrenaline-pumping, perfect for training the body and mind and capable of stimulating a good dose of self-confidence.
