Minors: minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Knowing how to swim: it is mandatory to know how to swim.
Good health: to participate in the excursion it is mandatory to be in good health, not have any pathology and not to have taken alcohol or drugs.

In case of adverse weather conditions: In order to guarantee the maximum safety of our customers in the event of adverse weather conditions, the itineraries of the excursions can be modified, reduced or, in particularly critical weather conditions, canceled and refunded. In the latter case, you will be contacted and you can choose whether to postpone the excursion to another time, or day, or request a full refund.

In case of rain or light wind: The tour will continue normally if the weather is light (e.g. light rain) and in case of cancellation by the customer the fee will not be refunded (unless requested within 5 days) . In any case, the tours will always operate in conditions of maximum safety!

In the summer months it is advisable to wear a swimsuit, t-shirt, flip-flops (or beach shoes), sunglasses. In the winter months it is also advisable to wear a windbreaker with sports trousers. Remember to bring a dry change for the return!

In addition, you can also buy on the spot: A hat with UPF 50 technology, able to protect from ultraviolet radiation from the Sun. A 500ml thermal bottle for fresh water during the tour, BPA free, highly recommended. A microfiber towel, comfortable and light.
